It gives details on how Oracle (Adaptive Cursor Sharing part) monitors a bind sensitive cursor before making it bind aware and how Oracle (Extended Cursor Sharing part) monitors a bind aware cursor before optimizing a new optimal execution plan or sharing an existing one
